This is pretty great. A thief, dressed as a construction worker with safety goggles and respirator mask, pepper sprays a guard at an armored truck outside a bank. Grabs money. Flees to river. Escapes in inner tube. Prior to the robbery, he put an ad on Craigslist for people to show up at bank around the same time dressed in construction worker clothes with safety goggles and respirator mask. "Yellow vest, safety goggles, a respirator mask… and, if possible, a blue shirt." 12 unwitting decoys showed up, thinking they would be paid the $28 per hour promised.
