I don't like the "first person to reach the most votes 1st" rule with 6 or less players because it descends into a gangup job by mafia.

Both lynched, I agree, is harsh. I don't like it if it's not explicitly stated upfront. It's particularly sucky on day 1.

I'd considered flipping a coin, but again, I feel bad that I forgot to set the tiebreaker rule at the outset.

(sorry I wasn't on at 10pm. I forgot I wouldn't be around until much later.)
