The crew was getting tired. They were fairly certain who wasn't infected, but it didn't seem to help them suss out who actually was infected. Plus, they were getting hungry. They were nearly out of MREs. After staring at each other for hours, Deb pulled out her smartgun and popped a cap in Bacon's head. No one said anything as they examined his corpse. All they found were a couple of textbooks in his napsack. They'd killed Pvt. Spunkmeyer.

Day 6 begins

The players are:
Bacony Goodness - Crew - Private Spunkmeyer, lynched, Day 6. Epitaph: "TBD"
Chad - Alien Minion, lynched Day 4. Epitaph: "TBD"
Dave
Deb
jeckles - Crew - Private Drake, lynched Day 2. Epitaph: "Fuck off and good night."
malfouka
norseman1066 - Crew - Private Frost, lynched Day 1. Epitaph: "It doesn't matter when it's Arcturian, baby!"
Our House
thegrunter - Mama Alien, lynched Day 3. Epitaph: "For I dug a mass grave in abysmal depths / For this wasted human race shall never be reborn again / Cold burial, their blood stains the snow / Eyes that will never see the same again, after I've shattered your mirrors forever / I will not be kind in the torture you desire / Walking through genocidal remnants / With a hate filled heart / Stabbing even at the tears of withering corpses / Will there even be a word known as death anymore, / When left is nothing to kill?"

Also, let's see if we can wrap this up this week.

I'll have Day 6 end Wednesday night/Thursday morning, and Day 7 (if necessary) ending Friday night/Saturday morning. How does that sound to y'all?

Any objections to wrapping Day 6 Tuesday night and Day 7 Wednesday instead?

No objections.

Vote to Lynch: malfouka

Current Tally:
Deb - 1
Mal - 1

If WK is the bishop, and did indeed investigate malfouka early, she would make a very good conversion target.

Also...mal, take a look at your clock. Dave's quote is like 2 days early in your post.

Not wanting OH to feel left out...

Vote to lynch: Our House

Current Tally:
Deb - 1
Mal - 1
OH - 1

Mal essentially nailed Grunter to the wall. I didn't suspect him until one of her posts late in the day. Day 2? Day 3? No way did Grunter tap her on day 1. But hey, I'll give you an out: my case is thin. Problem is, the case against all three of you is thin. Mal's is the thinnest, I think. So I'm going to go with OH for now.

And yeah, what's up with that clock, Mal? Are you posting from Borneo?

Ahem. What am I, mashed potatoes??

I'm guessing you missed my entire day 1 and day 2 against him. And if that wasn't enough, I guess you missed my final vote to break the tie on the day of his lynch.

I prefer my clock to be as off-kilter as my life.

It's Deb. Gman would have NEVER recruited me---it would have been too obvious.

I'd forgotten about that. I haven't read the game threads in a while so I was going off memory.

I still like the three-way we got going on here.

Oh, just to make 100% sure...I'm not the bishop.

Mal or Deb, would either of you like to claim bishop? If neither of you counter WK, then it's locked for sure. Mal -> Deb or Deb -> Mal FTW.

Right now, I don't know if you're townie or just trying too hard to be a townie. It doesn't matter if we lynch Deb, Mal or you, Deb or Mal, you, etc. Any combination will do.

I'm not a bad guy. Period. Lynch me, find out. Actually, I'm about two seconds from changing my vote to myself just to prove my innocence.

The only thing that makes me think OH is not guilty is his entreaty to lynch him and let him take over WK's role.

Furthermore, I stuck with my Deb vote despite the Bacon vote. I was 95% sure that Bacon was innocent-----if I were a bad guy, wouldn't it make sense to vote Bacon and then try to frame OH?

I'm trying too hard...to participate and make sense.

This game was over days ago imo.

Mal, if you vote yourself, I'll switch off of you and onto me.

But that's just it...you keep saying how the game is in the bag and yet you're still angling for something "if you vote x, i'll vote y"

Moreover, your argument against Mal (by parity of reasoning) also applies to yourself.

How 'bout this: Today will end at 6pm, CST, unless I hear otherwise.

I'd like to know why Mal has such a hard on for me. I'm not even on often enough to be anything but crew so I'm thinking maybe she is an alien.

Vote to lynch: Mal

Current Tally:
Deb - 1
Mal - 2
OH - 1
This packet contains one Deb. May contain traces of nuts, alcohol and artificial sweetener. May also cause psychotic episodes, hallucinations and brain damage. Purchase at your own risk.

Nope, not an alien. I don't know what else I can say. The reason I am after Deb is a simple matter of deduction. And as for Deb saying, "...I'm not even on often enough to be anything but crew...," this is flawed reasoning in that as the last alien, she wouldn't need to be on all that often.

If the alien isn't Deb, it's OH or maybe Dave (as the Doctor really wouldn't need to protect the cop as she has been "out" for most of the game).

I'm not angling though. It was pure bullshit. C'mon, really...I'm offering to vote for myself if Mal votes for herself. How can you (or anyone for that matter) take the post seriously?

The game IS over. For the last week, I've been trying to have as much fun with it as I can. But that's impossible when everyone has such solemn responses to whatever I say.

IT'S SIMPLE PEOPLE. VOTE OH, MAL, DEB IN ANY ORDER.

If that doesn't win the game it means mono fucked up somewhere.

Yes, but personally, I really enjoy being alive while on the winning team (unless of course, I "took a hit" for the boss wo/man).

Okay, for possibly the last time, I am no alien. Wk did not investigate me until (most likely) her second investigation---as she investigated Dave first.

Okay, as I figure:
Day 2 (end of Day 1)

Gman recruits Chad
WK investigates Dave (innocent)

Day 3 (end of Day 2)
Gman recruits Deb or Oh
WK investigates malfouka (innocent)

Day 4 (end of Day 3)
Gman is lynched and found guilty
WK investigates Chad (guilty)

If, as I am understanding how things work, if I were recruited Day 3, I would have been found guilty. Therefore, I am innocent.

[and why won't these damn columns line up?]

Day 6 ends. (Unless y'all want further discussion.)

If there's no further discussion, Mods/Admins can lock.

I've got to get ready for work, so I'll tend to this later this morning.
