Normally I use XP, too, but my new computer is currently getting a new motherboard from Gateway, so I'm stuck using my old computer running Linux.

As for Bacon's behavior, I haven't been paying as close attention as I probably should be paying.

okay, i think we need to attempt to either whack Adam or someone else. i no longer believe Dave to be Illuminati. i think Dave is the Traitor and should be recruited. if Dave were Illuminati, wouldn't one of you (Mafia-Illuminati) attempt to protect him?

the only problem with hitting Adam is that, because of his status as a misunderstood underdog, he stands a greater than usual chance at being protected by the Doctor (if there is one).

i'm starting to lean towards Otto (believe it or not) or Meathe.

The only non mafia members you and your cronies haven't been paranoid about yet are Deb and Shutter.

The problem with mafia-illuminati are that they can win with either the mafia OR the illuminati. Neither mafia nor illuminati can totally trust everyone in their group. That particular twist to Dave's game is evil.

i don't know about you but i really loved knowing everything and seeing the weird theories everyone comes/came up with. the problem, i wanted so badly to butt in.

I thought Godfather whacking was for the Jedi/Sith variant.

I don't think the mafia whacking the Godfather part showed up anywhere, but it would be interesting.

What is most difficult for me is that once I finally remembered who was who, their actions became glaringly obvious, to the point where I wanted to tell them to cut that shit out.

The strategizing and theorizing has been interesting to date.

EDIT: for the first time, it appears as though people don't want to waste the first day. Normally, it's lynch the new guy, whack Adam and wait for day 2.

i'm really pleased that all the rules and etc... are almost worked out. the first few games were difficult because we didn't really know what would come up--there being a huge difference between theory and practice.

the thing with Adam is kinda annoying. he is one of the best players and he really hasn't gotten a chance to use his brilliance.

i'm worried that Adam will have the Doctor. However, if Dave is what i suspect him of being, then we will come out ahead. i may be wrong--chances are that i am--but perhaps we'll do better tomorrow.
