games I'm ready to boot (speak up if you really love 'em...and judging by the number of gameplays, you don't)

Metal Slug
Pro Leafblower
Tanks (kinda broke; doesn't really end...ever)
Street Luge
Taz Jungle Jump
3D Tunnel
Duck Hunt 2 (because it never gets harder)
Bloody Seal Bounce (just stupid)
Death Junior (how many "how far can..." type games do we need?)
and
Bombjack (there are two...which version should we keep?)

Note: although there are some games with fewer plays (the pinball games are a good example), I'm inclined to keep certain types of games for all-roundedness' sake. (in that vein, i'm tempted to keep Pro Leafblower because it has an interesting game control)

I would keep Street Luge, 3D Tunnel and Death Junior. Street Luge and 3D Tunnel because I love how they both are seemingly really simple games that end up being all kinds of difficult (especially Street Luge...also, blood splatters are cool). Keep Death Junior because I dig the "how far" games. They take more strategy than people give them credit for. But, if you really want to get rid of one of THOSE games, I say get rid of Yeti Long Shot. How many "Yeti how far..." games do we need? Plus, Mango has the high score in that one. Queer. I agree that the others can go, especially Duck Hunt. I'm embarrassed and ashamed that I spent two hours of my life getting that high score. I guess Pro Leaf Blower could stay also. It's an interesting enough game once you get into it.

If one of them has to go, dump Bombjack 2 (keep Bombjack 3).
No.

I have to add a few more games because they are not fully compatible with the newest Arcade software. Taking your comments into consideration, the running tally is:

King's pardon (saved)
Death Junior
Tunnel 3D
Street Luge
Pro Leafblower

To the guillotine (doomed)
Metal Slug
Tanks (kinda broke; doesn't really end...ever)
Taz Jungle Jump
Duck Hunt 2 (because it never gets harder)
Bloody Seal Bounce (just stupid)
Bombjack 2
Yeti Long Shot
Yeti Greece
(if Long Shot is going, why not this one too?)

If no updates are available, these games die too:

Scrat Jump, Level 2
Tire Toss
Penguin Flight
Pro Leafblower

Penguin Flight? Have you no heart? I worked so hard. Why not just take Dolphin Olympics away from Chad while you're shattering people's dreams? :(

the game isn't accepting decimal point control for some reason. Trust me, it's one of the games I'd like to save.

I'm okay with that list. I was playing Death Junior for a bit, but not enough to care if it disappeared (but it didn't). On another note, does anyone know of any good online trivia games or risk style games? I wish we could somehow play risk here...that would kick ass.
But I was going to Tashi Station to pick up some power converters.

I agree with The G. (Check the rhymes, yo!) Some sort of trivia game would be awesome. Especially music trivia.

If Penguin Flight must go at least I can let it die knowing I made it my bitch before was all said and done.

Trivia: This is better suited to the forum. Start a music trivia thread, for example. Ask 5 or 10 questions. After they've been answered, the person with the most right gets to ask. Or ask a question, the person who answers then asks a new question, etc. Any little flash trivia game in the arcade will have a lot of repeated questions. Game play would be very limited.

Risk: I want to do something even more involved than Risk, but I haven't found a php dude to code it for me. If you don't mind signing up on another site to handle the dice rolls and maps, I might be able to set up a low-rent Risk-type thing. Let me check my email. Natus sent me a cool URL about something similar.

Fuck Risk.

The only problem with this is how do you keep people from Googling the answers? Also, how would you prevent rampant ass kicking by me? YOU CAN'T, THAT'S HOW!!! Hell yeah!

I'll host a jpeg map if you want to handle the game (i.e. each player's moves). I'm not comfortable enough with some the movement dynamics to run the game. I'll play, but I can't run the game. Anyone?

Googling's a problem even with arcade trivia. You have to ask that people will be honest and they'll be on their honor. Some will cheat; some won't.

That's the problem with the internet. You can play a trivia game on it, but you can so easily google for answers. I'm not creative enough to finish a post half the time, much less come up with questions. But, yeah, if it's music trivia...I'll kick all your asses! Even Adam!
