The longer the football season, the greater the chance for complete failure. The Jets moved swiftly in that direction, returning to old form by dropping 40+ to the Eagles. The only reason they're in the 6th spot is because every other team in the AFC lost the last two weeks.
Failure Medal #2 goes to the Bills who have gone from 1st place in the AFC East to tied to the once winless Dolphins.
I would also like to take this occasion to say, "go to hell, 1972 Dolphins." The Chiefs' uncanny win against the Packers has dashed my dreams yet again.
Thanks go to the Patriots for shutting up Tebow fans for one week. It still doesn't answer why the Broncos are able to rush for so many yards.
Failure Medal #4 to the Giants for absolutely uninspired play against the Redskins. Somehow they will still win the division if they win out.
Failure #5: Marv Albert. He's getting that Pat Summeral "I'm not drunk, but I don't know what's going on" syndrome.
