Just about midseason now. I do this every year, and every year is a mistake. About three games in, I start to feel like I have a sense of where the season's going. Then at about midseason I pause, look back, and realize how much has changed. I thought the Eagles were in serious trouble; they've bounced back. I thought the Steelers were heading to 8-8; they're 6-2. I never believed in the Redskins, but at least their record has caught up with them. 49ers at 6-1? Bengals at 5-2?
Meanwhile, the Tim Tebow Self-destruction Cycle has begun. This should be exciting...to some. But mostly shrugs from me.
