As someone who has always liked the status bar on the bottom of my browser, I like the way the new Firefox 4 treats the mouseover-type replacement of it.
Right clicking the back button to replace the back button drop-down arrow is fine. I don't miss the arrow. edit: i just learned that holding down the regular mouse button also brings up the drop-down menu.
I have no use for Tab Groups.
I experienced no sluggishness with multiple tabs open, although benchmarking tests suggest FF4 still uses more ram than Chrome. Speed tweaks with previous versions have worked for me in the past, so I'll start googling those in a few days. I don't bloat my browser with a lot of extensions, but the few I do use are 'must haves' so whatever minute ram efficiency I might lose with FF4 is a fair trade-off.
