It's bad enough the terms on Ebay/PayPal's Bill Me Later e-credit-card garbage are for the foolhardy:
# If you choose to pay over time, the Annual Percentage Rate is 19.99% and the Minimum Interest charge is $2.00.
# If you happen to pay late you could receive a late fee of up to $35.
But they shove a "Yes sign me up!" screen while you're trying to pay normally, so that if you're not paying strict attention you will click the wrong button. It's manipulative and wrong. Careful.
