Ahriman hadn't said much during the last few days and that a lot of the townsfolk. WebKittyn led the charge, Chad piled on and the rout was underway. Ahriman was hanged at dusk. He said nothing in his defense and had no final words before dropping from the gallows. "It's like he wasn't even here," Treeman observed, upset that the night's dinner would be beans instead of fresh bacon.
The next morning, WebKittyn and Treeman woke up and walked into the town square. "Where is everyone?" asked Treeman. "Another shamfoozle!" cried WebKittyn. They heard a noise coming from the Mayor's Office. Chad dropped out from the top window screaming. WebKittyn rushed over. "We have to give him mouth-to-mouth resus--...oh, hell no. He's dead, and honestly? I'm not gonna get blood all over my new shoes." Treeman frowned, "I don't know what it is, but I've still got a hankerin' for bacon."
Bacony Goodness leaned out the window where Chad had been. He aimed a Tommy gun. "The only sizzling you're gonna hear today is the sizzle of mob justice!"
Malfouka walked up behind WK and TM, also holding a Tommy gun. "You're going with the 'sizzle of mob justice' line? I thought we agreed on, 'First you get the power, then you get the money, then you get giant oversized pinky rings.'"
Misfitopia falls. Mafia wins.
(With two mafiosos and two townies, voting would be deadlocked. Town can't lynch. Mafia takes over.)
Ahriman - townie - lynched Day 3 - epitaph: AWOL
Bacony Goodness - mafia
Chad - townie - killed Night 3 - epitaph: "Fate rarely calls upon us at a moment of our choosing."
Malfouka - mafia
McAwesome - townie - accidental suicide - Night 2 - epitaph: "Can I at least tell you who I was going to vote for on Day 3? Please? Please?!?"
Meathe - mafia - lynched Day 2 - epitaph: see below
Monogodo - doc - killed Night 2 - epitaph: "Vote to lynch: Mango"
Navarre - townie - killed Night 1 - epitaph: "I make death look good."
Treeman - townie
Webkittyn - townie
Thanks to his victorious mafia cronies, Meathe's tombstone was ten feet high. It read: "No, that's not the way you tie a tie... Start with one end longer than the other, the long one to the left. Well, that's quite long. Cross them over and bring the longer one though the loop. Then bring it down, around behind and up to the right. Put it down through the loop and across the front. Pass it back up through the middle, then slip it through the loop at the front.
"Oh, look, that's not right at all. Let me do it.
"If I'm to be hanged, it'll damn well be in a Windsor knot."

And was there a Cop [aka Dave]?

Meathe being lynched is, I believe, what sealed the Mafia win.
I was nearly 100% sure that Dave and Mono were Cop and Doc (if indeed Dave=Cop)--though, to be fair, at first I pegged Mono for Cop (an embarrassing momentary lapse of reason).
I also was nearly 100% sure that Dave was on to me.
It's too bad that Red Baron bailed. I was digging the challenge.

as far as I know, there was no cop. (unless I completely misinterpreted one of the PMs I got)
for my part, i was an ordinary townie. I had Meathe as 95% mafia and Malfouka as 80% mafia. The lack of a Day 1 lynch killed us. I think I could've gotten Mal lynched on Day 2 or 3 with my Day 1 cred. The third mobster would've been tough, though. By hey, my 20/20 hindsight means spit.

No chance. heehee.
RB strongly insinuated there was no Cop. I chose to believe there was (you know, safe than sorry) and that belief actually solidified things for me (regarding Mono).

I knew I should have stuck to my guns. Damn PS3.
A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.
