well, watch waking life and then practice lucid dreaming. and then you can kick the dream's ass, instead of vice versa.
or take some nyquil.

I stopped taking the sleeping pilss because I finally got to a normal sleep schedule. When I stopped is when this dream started. You don't happen to have a dream recorder layin around do you? I'll record it and play it for you and you tell me what you think.

In one dream we were at some fair, then at some swingers house, then an arcade. In another dream we were at a hotel/dorm and I was working at a job 45 minutes a day. The place I was living at changed through out the dream, just a little bit though. In another dream we were at a cottage in the middle of the woods and I was driving her away, going home maybe. Then I turn around and take her back and another old friend who I havent seen in ages was there. She kept talking to me, but then the Convenant attacked the house and we were forced to hide in some garage that wasn't there earlier in the dream. We were hiding as they were surounding us and looking into the windows for us, she sat in front of me and said some things ... things that stuck with me long after I woke up ...

the thing with dreams is that, in a non-freudian sense, the characters will generally all symbolize something for you. and if different people are saying similar things, there's usually a common thread with how you view(ed) them in your waking life.
as for them talking to you about where you're going, how you're living, etc., as i'm sure anyone can tell you, it's really just a different way for your subconcious to tell you something. and for your mind to clean itself out, for the next day ahead. so, for example, if they're both saying that you've left your dirty socks lying around until they were bare, unwearable threads, then that could be viewed as your mind telling you that you've procrastinated and need to get a move on, before an opportunity is lost - which would be something that you might have been hanging onto at the edge of your brain and possibly pushing away.
enough psycho babble for ya?

I actually emailed the one person who has been talking to me in my dreams, and today she responded. ANd last night was no different, she was in it talking to me, but last night was the first night I had troublw remembering my dream. I haven't spoken to her in ...christ almost 8 or 9 months. So I bet she was surprised to here from me. I didn't mention the dreams, because that would be a pretty fucking akward way to open a conversation to someone you havent seen in a long while.
I am trying to so what you said and try to sift through what was saidin my dream and try to make a connection to whats going on in my life now, which I can do for alot of it. What I'm really having trouble doing is putting together why the hell this girl is theone talking to me and saying all this shit. I am very happy and very VERY content with my girlfriend now, and the girl in my dream is an ex of mine. We were never real serious though, we dated a few times, hung out for a while. But we did part on a real sour note, had a pretty nasty fight and that was it. I always looked at what we had as a failed attempt, something that had alot of potential and maybe I blew it. But then I met my current girlfriend who I am very much in love with and completely happy with. SO I dunno. Maybe I should just get some sleep. Maybe she'll tell me tonight why the hell it's her in my dream talking to me

But ya know, there's only been one instance where I realized I was dreaming while in my dream, it was fucking cool. You can do this Rilah?

the only times that i really can't exercise it is when i'm heavily medicated - but i haven't been for awhile, answering the question "why is my shitty blog so damn depressing all the time?" but when i was, i used to walk around alot and have crazy ass conversations while sleeping, so i think it's definately a safer thing!

Thats the sad thing about conversations. Sometimes they wander off into different tangets. Like, in real life, it would be so much simpler if any talk of food remained in the kitchen only, but it doesn't. -sigh- Things should be better organized.
