That's fucking stupid. That's like saying 14 year old kids who aren't allowed into R-rated movies are having their constitutional rights trampled on. The game ratings aren't there because they cause psychological harm, they're in place because games today have everything from full frontal nudity to characters dropping the F bomb 100 times through out the game.
